1. Scope and Language

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relations between Editions Bim Sàrl, CH-1950 Sion, Switzerland, and its customers regarding physical products (scores, books, accessories) and digital content (electronic versions of the products, hereinafter "Downloads").
1.2 The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of purchase. The reference language is French, with English and German translations provided for convenience.
1.3 The online store is available in English, French, and German.

2. Contract Formation

Adding items to the cart is non-binding. A purchase is confirmed when the customer clicks "Pay," accepting these Terms and Conditions. The contract is completed upon dispatch confirmation.

3. No Right of Revocation

Swiss law does not provide for returns or refunds for e-commerce purchases once an order is placed.

4. Delivery

4.1 Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday).
4.2 Customers must provide a valid and correct address; any additional costs due to incorrect details are their responsibility.
4.3 Delivery times are estimates and depend on postal services; Editions Bim Sàrl is not liable for delays.

5. Payment

Payment is due at checkout and can be made via PayPal or credit card (Stripe).

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Defective physical products (e.g., printing errors) must be reported within 7 days with supporting photos to order@editions-bim.com. If confirmed, a replacement will be provided.
6.2 Damage during shipping must be reported immediately to the carrier. Editions Bim Sàrl is not responsible for transit damage.

7. Digital Downloads

7.1 Digital downloads are available for 14 days after purchase.
7.2 Customers may store PDFs on multiple personal devices and print one copy for personal use. Redistribution, modification, or sharing—whether digitally or in print—is strictly prohibited.

8. Copyright

8.1 All products and downloads are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants a non-transferable right to use it in accordance with copyright law.
8.2 Unauthorized use, including reproduction, distribution, public sharing, or online posting, is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Protection

Editions Bim Sàrl complies with GDPR regulations. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting order@editions-bim.com. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

10. Disputes

Swiss law exclusively applies. Any disputes will be settled in Swiss courts, even if the purchase was made or delivered abroad.
